1) REFUNDS
We offer full refunds in the following cases:
• Order cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
• Delivery failure or excessive delay by our shipping partners, with cancellation requested.
• Dispatch delay of over 15 days, with cancellation requested.
IMPORTANT:
• Express Dispatch Orders cannot be cancelled.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of placement.
• Refunds for delivery issues are processed only after the shipping team’s confirmation.
• No refunds for failed or delayed deliveries due to customer error/unavailability
• Refunds apply to the amount paid, not the MRP.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
2) REPLACEMENTS
We provide free 5-day replacements for defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered.
REPLACEMENT TERMS:
• Defective Products: If the product is defective, share your product barcode image, full product image, and close-ups of the defect. We'll issue a free replacement on successful verification.
• Size Mismatches: If the delivered size differs from our size chart, share images measuring the length and chest using an inch tape within 5 days. We'll issue a free replacement on successful verification.
• Wrong Product Delivered: If you’ve received a wrong product, share your product barcode image, full product image, and close-ups of the design. We'll issue a free replacement on successful verification.
• Color Mismatches: Minor color variations due to screen/display differences are not eligible for replacement.
CONDITIONS:
• Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Replacements are subject to stock availability.
• Replacement service is available only once per order.
• If the outer package is damaged, refuse delivery or record an unboxing video.
3) SIZE EXCHANGES
We offer free 5-day exchanges for fitting issues.
• Free for up to 2 t-shirts or 1 hoodie/sweatshirt per order.
• After that, a nominal pickup fee of ₹99 per item applies.
• You may also self-ship the item(s).
CONDITIONS:
• Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Products must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• Not applicable for customised orders.
• Exchanges can only be processed once per order.
• If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
• If pickup is unavailable for the pincode, the customer must ship the items back.
4) RETURNS
If for any reason you’re unhappy with the product, you can return it and get something else.
• Free for up to 2 t-shirts or 1 hoodie/sweatshirt per order.
• After that, a nominal pickup fee of ₹99 per item applies.
RETURN OPTIONS:
• Choose another product right away (pickup fees, if any, will be adjusted).
• Or get store credits (pickup fees, if any, will be deducted).

• Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Products must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Subject to stock availability.
• Not applicable for customised orders.
• Returns can only be processed once per order.
• If the new product is of higher value (after adjusting pick up fee, if any), the customer must pay the difference.
• If pickup is unavailable for the pincode, the customer must ship the items back.
POLICY NOTE
We may reject refund, replacement, exchange, or return requests if the above conditions aren’t met. We reserve the right to modify our policies without prior intimation.
