Shipping policy
DELIVERY TIMELINES
1) Express Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Express shipping fee is non-refundable and only ensures a priority dispatch. Since the deliveries are handled by third-parties, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Express Dispatch rders cannot be cancelled.
2) Free Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email.
DISPATCH DELAYS
We aim to ship all orders on time, but in rare cases, dispatch may be delayed due to:
• Internal quality checks — if a product doesn’t pass, shipping might take longer
• Items under restocking
• If there's a delay beyond 15 days, we'll notify you and you can choose to:
- Continue waiting
- Cancel the order
- Request a substitute product
- Get a full refund
DELIVERY DELAYS
We partner with reliable carriers like Blue Dart and Delhivery, but delays may still occur due to:
• Weather disruptions
• Local strikes or operational issues
• Incorrect delivery details
If your order seems unusually delayed, please reach out on WhatsApp and we’ll help you track it down.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Orders with multiple items might be shipped separately
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer
• Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
To reship returned packages (due to customer error or unavailability), a minimum fee of ₹80 per item will apply — refundable as store credits
